Vivoactive 3 Update

Support for latest Garmin device, the Vivoactive 3, has been included in the latest version of GMT4 Master (2.3.3).
After some initial problems the Garmin deveopment team have suggested some changes to work around a firmware issue on the device and users are reporting that the watchface is working perfectly!
