Fenix 7 Support

GMT4 Master II has been updated to support the new Fenix 7, Fenix 7S and Fenix 7X. Garmin has changed the way resources are managed with the new devices which will allow the previous restrictions of a maximum of 4 colours when the 'always on' second hand is on to be removed.
