Second Hand Options

The confusion around what the 'Show Second Hand' option means across different devices is finally being cleared up. The 4.5.6 release has a new drop down box to set the option for the Second hand. Depending on what options your device supports the drop down list will show 'Off', 'Always On (max 4 colours)' and 'Show with Gesture/ Movement'.
Now the behaviour of the second hand will be clearly defined no matter what type of Garmin watch you are using.
